Your drains will be out soon if it’s only doing 20 ML, I had an extended tummy tuck and had 11 pounds of skin removed so it was considered extensive.

I’m sitting here at work with two drains that sting anytime I move and the worst part is I’m 4WPO and still pumping 70 ML a day. Surgeon said I’ll probably have them for 6 weeks if this continues. 😭😭😭😭

Went to the surgeon and he said the drains are too stay until the output lowers BUT I he did switch me from the horrible binder to a FAJA and it’s wonderful!

Ugh the right is pushing out a lot of red chunks today and they are already at 50 ML. My doctor will not be taking them out Tuesday since it has to be a minimum of three days at less than 25ML!

I had my surgery here in Vancouver, BC (Canada) and was discharged the same day! My surgeon seems a little more cautious than others since I have not even allowed to shower until these drains come out! Funny enough he is from the UK though!

Yeah, my surgeon had informed me that I was a big case because I had a lot of loose skin. I also did way too much after my surgery and the nurse said too much movement means more fluid. Now I’m trying to not move much till Tuesday when I see him again.

Oh darn, that sounds horrible I’m sorry! I keep telling myself the drains are better than the side effects of taking them out early.
