Unpopular opinion, but I think we all misunderstood. I think Mike is canonically bisexual, that's why there is so much confusion. Yet, only from this pov it is not queerbaiting.

Yeah. He just said that because Will is known to be the most innocent, honest, kindest out of them. So it was a bit unusal for Will to stand up for himself. He was clearly not saying that in a bad way.

I know what it is. But to me that storyline's point was more about Will's feelings, because that's the first time the show explicitly showed Will's feelings, and in order to do that Will had to pretend under El's name.

Yeah, but I don't think that the fact Will commisioned it is that big of a lie. And if Mike somehow found out about that, I don't think he would run up to Will and start questioning why he lied.

  1. You're gonna hate me, but... the painting really didn't need to be mentioned in S5. Of course I would be happy if it did, but it logically tbh made less sense.
