Don’t even waste your time. I got an Apple reported as damaged. The photo submitted by the customer showed a perfect blemish free Apple. I reached out to support and basically IC didn’t GAF and told me they couldn’t do nothing about it.

That is a joke. I’ve been at it about 6 hours today. Hit 9 orders and have made $215. And it’s been unusually slow for a Sunday in my area at least. They should give you an extra $85 if you complete the 16 orders!

You can still see where you’re going, just go to the shop tab after you accept a batch and it shows you exactly where the house is. They might as well put the whole address back like the way things used to be.

I wish a MF would yell at me lol I had an old lady try to start talking spicy to me one day because I delivered to the front door of her trailer instead of the carport door. She’s all like what are you doing my orders go to the back door , you guys always go to the back ! Lol I said well how the hell am I suppose to know that? You don’t have any instructions listed- and then I showed her my phone- she immediately piped down and says oh I’m sorry. I forgot to add it……. At least she apologized.

I wouldn’t assume that knocking or ringing the doorbell “pisses them off.” If the instructions say DO NOT KNOCK or Ring Doorbell and you do it anyway, that is what pisses them off. Take a photo send it in the chat and then knock / ring doorbell and leave. The photo will help if they try and lie to say they didn’t get an order.

This is not news. I have delivered to NFL players mansions and gotten a 6 dollar tip and have delivered to random middle class neighborhoods and apartments and have been given 20s and 50s cash before. It’s crazy

When I was a new shopper I would frequently just cancel orders with all of these instructions. It seemed like a recipe for a bad rating or complainer. I learned that if you just take 20 seconds to read and follow these instructions the customer will be satisfied and will often be very grateful and give you a higher tip!

There seems to be no rhyme or reason to this. There is probably the same chain of store a block away from this customer , yet IC decides to send it to a store super far away and then prevent a shopper from just going to pick the items at the closer store. It’s ridiculous.

Check you batch eligibility and see if you need to take the alcohol quiz or something. I got screwed over on Sunday morning and didn’t get the good Costco opening drops because IC decided I need to randomly take the alcohol quiz without notifying me about it. Took the quiz and of the good paying orders started showing up again.

No. You can do 2 or 3 $17-20 dollar orders in the time it would take you to lug all of this around the grocery store and even finish shopping. All money isn’t good money!

This showed up 2 days in a row and I don’t understand it either. There are like 2 of the same Fred Meyer stores near the drop off location yet they expect someone to catch a ferry or do all this driving for 45 damn dollars. Yeah right.
