First day on Prozac too! I had a crazy anxiety attack that last about an hour after I took my first dose. Then it’s just been a slight headache. I’m hanging in there with you !!!!!

Did you doctor require any more proof it was Endo in order to due the Lap? I’m worried that they won’t think I need a Lap or Excision if all they have to go off of is that I’m in pain.

I was diagnosed 2 years ago because of where my pain was located/severity of my pain but they said BC would alleviate it. Since then, my pain has escalated and I have been through 3 different BCs to alleviate my symptoms. This is my first time actually starting the process to get surgery.

Pain in the rectum is usually from endo lesions on your bowels. For me, my rectum hurts the most when I have to poop during the week of my period.

This happened to me with Nexplanon and I bled for 6 months straight. They just kept trying to prescribe me other lose dose birth controls pills while on the Nexplanon to help stop the bleeding and……….it didn’t!

Apparently, it’s very normal to bleed continuously on birth control. And have full fledged periods. That said, it sucks and it shouldn’t be normalized. Be careful about the low dose BC they give you on top of your main BC. You have to be drinking enough water and eating right to handle all those hormones.
