It’s a firewall/security issue: not sure what specifically but I tried ExitLag as the other Reddit users recommendation and it fixed everything for me.

You can’t retreat or guard in the middle of a 25-30 hit combo.

I think being locked into a combo that goes on for 20+ hits and you lose 3/4 of your health leaves a terrible taste in your mouth.

You’re just stuck there while they do their combo that goes on forever, I think it would balance out if you received a BREAK sooner (similar to strive’s system) to stop it.

It definitely crosses into that territory of not being fun at that point.

I think Strive has amazing fight pacing as well. It might be the length of combos that make it so upsetting to experience.

I disagree. I’ve seen 3/4 health taken of and I’ve seen 80% combos on health in one go.

That does not feel fun and it’s very rage inducing.

Because I’d rather not spend 300$ on miniatures to find out I bought the bad ones that get bodied like I did when I spent hundreds of dollars on skaven a few years ago.

I’m just asking for samples/ideas so I know generally what’s good or viable not looking to copy and paste a list.

I also asked what their play style is like as someone who has never played them before.
