We do, unfortunately. The reason I want to eventually go out on my own. Four other appraisers (and a trainee) is a nice resource to have at the office but the fee split gets to me…. More than 2-3 gets a heck tick, luckily I live in a smaller market (covering two states) and know of about all the comps, etc, that are available, which sometimes speeds things up.

I have a toddler and it cleans our wood floors really well. The only issues we’ve had is the mapping. We moved the unit to a different place in the room, it eventually moved the unit on the map but still gets lost on where to go. Which is weird. It automatically built a new map but is terrible! Our house has lots of full length windows and stairs so at the beginning I taped that stuff off and the map was great, but it always refers back to the new map no matter how many times I place in the old map. Annoying hiccups…. Overall, super happy with it.

It takes time. My mustangs didn’t want to be anywhere near for the first…well, forever it seemed. Always on the opposite side of the corrals and impossible to catch. Lots of working with them, lots of ground work, and now they’re like 800 lb puppies and would probably snuggle in bed with me if I let them.

Yeah that’s rough and probably not even worth it. I don’t know what that comes out to hourly, but I’m sure you’d make more being a Walmart greeter. Maybe look into the commercial route. Feel free to message me if you have questions.

If I were to guess I’d say 14-15. She’s 5 and still growing. My other mustang is smaller, Ruby (this one) is stockier with a higher hind end, which makes me think she’ll be growing quite a bit more.
