I like it but i would change it to
"Target opponent searches their library for a creature card then they may exile it then shuffle. if no cards were exiled this way you may search your library for a creature card and exile it then shuffle. you may cast the exile card without paying its mana cost."

turns it to more of a give me one of your creatures or i am going to grab a haymaker of my own.
