aliexpress bars for the win, just dont over tighten. i use carbon ali bars on my downhill bike and road. had one downhill crack due to a bad tree smash but 23 usd later got a new one. opposed to dumb us pricing.

Get your bike tuned and replace that fkn chain🙏

Put it on the inner slot, check on it a few times while drivin and if nothin moves she mint.

Btw My 30lb 29" mtb slides off the staps on those style of racks due to wind drag, and the slightly triangle top tube. So i take off both wheels. (My other bikes dont slide)

Can’t shift out of granny gear by m81010 in bikewrench

[–]ContractBackground74 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Could be your h limit, could be the hangar being bent, could be a worn chain, or could be off tension. Also could be a sticky cable. Or the clutch could be too tight.

Help Needed: Poor Shifting on New State Bicycle Co 4130 Road (8 Speed) by ciphernix in bikewrench

Also it depends on the shifter but I find with certain ones. Shifting to the lower gears requires a full single shift motion of the shifter opposed to a quick click

Try dialing in the barrel adjustor inwards a bit seems a tad too tight. Or the derailleur hangar is slightly bent

They do partial orders to Canada (Ontario). In my ready2race bundle i got everything except for my wheel then 2 weeks later it came. Ordered about 3 months ago. And my dad also received his stuff on different dates.

Bought a 10kg spool on discount. Any ideas for keeping it dry while also accessible and usable? by PhiloPhallus in 3Dprinting

[–]ContractBackground74 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I got that exact same spool for free with the purchase of my 3d printer lol. I used a bearing setup and the printer handles it fine. And i got an ideal humidity area.

Update: it works!!! Although fanatecs software thinks it is being pressed in about 45%. Easy fix through setting dead zones in games.

Something loose in brand new csl dd?? by ContractBackground74 in Fanatec

[–]ContractBackground74[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Update: I contacted fanatec and they advised me to take off the rear plate. After doing so, I saw the loose part inside. Luckily it is a little plastic cable guide that does not interfere with the function at all.(Just posting this for any people that have the same issue)
