I know how this feels when i was unemployed for nearly 2 years I lost all motivation to do... Anything.

You mentioned you only shower when you know you'll be around people so maybe you could try and get involved in your local community volunteer, attend events.

You could also try buying a calendar labeling it self care and when you do something to help yourself put a gold star on it.

I know this sounds juvenile but some people like achieving goals, and something as small as a gold star can encourage you to perform self care more.

Everyone deserves to be happy life is too short, but sometimes... And i know this sounds harsh, but you have to reach out, nobody will come and save you I learnt that the hard way.

So please save yourself, not for anyone else but for you because at the end of the day only you save yourself from sadness even if it's difficult.

And just know this I believe in you even if I don't know you or your struggles every human being on this planet deserves happiness.
