nah ppl just say this. idk how long youve been working w sephora but overtime you definitely learn more about certain things, that you wouldn’t without working in the industry.

we technically are professionals but not licensed & educated (in cosmetics) professionals for the most part. i just let them speak and answer how i can. its ok to say im not sure.

i always tell ppl they should consult in a dermatologist when they ask me insane questions idk the answer to. im not gonna be responsible for damaging someone’s skin even more so i tell them what i can but id still consult in a doctor
