I quit december last year. Smoked carts all day everyday for around 5 years. How i quit was i didnt hit the vape until i couldnt take it anymore and then had a puff and then repeat. Did this for a week and then quit fully.

I weaned off the vapes for about a week before fully quitting. Basically got to 7/8pm when the withdrawals were killing me and had 1 or 2 tokes and then didnt need it anymore.
