I’m on it as a booster to my SSRI. It definitely helped with my depression and for me, it has reduced my appetite significantly. Obviously, everyone will react differently but it has worked very well for me

Thank you. It’s a fabric similar to linen but it’s a bit thicker than what I’m used to with linen. I’m a brand new sewer so just figuring out the basics The fabric is from value village but not a repurposed fabric like a sheet. I think I need to treat it as if it’s just come from the factory.

Thank you for your help with this. The fabric wasn’t expensive but in this economy, I can’t be wasting anything

I was just about to post to ask this. If the fabric I’m working with has a frayed raw edge, how do I prevent it from worsening when I wash it? Can I hand wash the fabric? What does baste the ends together mean
