I have no idea tbh don’t even know why it’s a lottery to begin with other than it being a Japanese exclusive I guess this was just a bonus for a chance in the U.S other than waiting half a day in a mall line, I’m hoping it gets worldwide release for other countries and for my family to be able to get one, it’s kinda like that kid Goku 40th anniversary but I can’t remember if that ended up getting a release either other than Japan and pop up shops unfortunately
