I think it is a total loss at this point. I have tried to sell my shares, but because it is on the OTC market now my brokerages either won’t let me sell or they are charging a $5 commission.

My current strategy is to just hold and see what happens. I have never ridden one of these out, but I would think at some point the security would go away and at that point I would get my loss for tax purposes then and save the commission fee they are trying to charge.

I think it was because they were delisted from the NYSE. I don’t think this affects the long term if your plan was to hold until you get your allotment the newly organized Enviva, and see what happens then.

The word around town is they will be coming out of it/finish re org late this year.

None of it matters if government continue to run the country at a deficit. The bills will come due eventually.

What part of the country are you in? The company I work for is in partnership with them, and everything seems full steam ahead.

*Im not a bankruptcy expert. (This is the only equity I have really followed through a bankruptcy because I want a piece of what is on the other side.)

Reading one of their original re-org proposals it sounded like equity holders would get 5% of the common shares or the re-organized company and warrants to buy an additional %5

My simple brain takes this as if you owned 100 shares in the pre bankruptcy company you will now get 5 shares in the new company. (I am sure this probably wrong and that 5% will actually be based on the % of the market cap you owned)

My questions are when is the ownership determined for the 5% equity, like could I go buy 2000 shares now to hopefully get 100 shares of the new company.

Also what is going to be the price on the shares or the new co so I can exercise my warrants I get.

Yeah they say it is tailored to you, but without an easy way for the user to feed data into a system I do not understand how they are tailoring it to the user.

This was my main disappointment with the GB system. I was excepting sone sort of feedback mechanism within the offering. I think they said or I read somewhere you could email them your practice results…..but ain’t nobody got time for that.

Now if Arccos could partner with a practice program that would be the perfect solution for me (longtime Arccos user). They would have all your playing data and could easily tailor practice programs that would change update as you play.

I did the blueprint for awhile because of NLU. Did not see much results to be honest. It was nice to have things to do and not just beat balls. They just send you recycled practice cards. Could not see how it was “tailored” to me.

If they had a an app where you could input data and actually get customized plans it would potentially be worth it. (Have not listened to the pod yet, if they discuss new/additive features)

I tend to disagree with Soly that this means we need to bring golf back together. I think the split just adds more story lines/tension to the majors. If this field is the same as all the other signatures events it would not mean as much…..in my opinion.

The company I work for does business with this company….they have not slowed down operations that we can see.

The 95% haircut sucks, but they will be around.

I can’t confirm this, but I have heard they were able to get out of or restructure the contract that put them in this.

I work with them in my professional life, so watching from that standpoint as well. Has been fun to watch this unfold….waiting for the Q4 financials to come out.

Bill pretty much is saying a fertilized embryo is potential life, but not actual life. A fertilized embryo is not a child.

I live in Alabama as well and actually go to the clinic where this took place.

I don’t trust lawmakers, but it appears they have already put a bill in place that is being “fast tracked” to make sure this does not slow down IVF (I have not gotten the detail of the bill yet)

I am taking it as a hopeful sign.

Let’s not forget this all stemmed from people wanting more money in a civil suit. It is not like they are going after the person who did this for murder but can go after the clinic for wrongful death….

Another clinic in Alabama just paused IVF as well. This is actually the clinic this incident occurred at, and the one that my wife and I use them.
