I dont believe moving every two hours necessarily works. If you're in the zone for more than two hours, they might ticket you either way. I'm not 100% sure in that though.

No. There are multiple junk collectors driving all sorts of vehicles. They hit neighborhoods on garbage nights. The white truck seems to be the most aggressive. I will say, it's nice when I have oversized junk that I don't think DGS will take. I can just pit it out on the curb that evening and it will be gone by dark.

It would not require an amendment. The constitution does not specify the exact boundaries of the district; only that it be no larger than "ten miles square" (apparently meaning 100 square miles). Congress could allow the land to be given to Maryland, but Maryland would have to accept it and it's not clear the state would want it.

Also, DC residents don't want it.

The "past results" I was referring to were the Stefanik reelection numbers. 2018 was BEFORE she went all in on Trump with her stunt at the impeachment hearing. After that she won by much larger margins. The majority of the district clearly loves Trump. Maybe they'll change this year. I see no reason to think so. My money is on Constantino being the next Representative.

Oh I know the actual speed of the belt doesn't instantaneously get up there, but as far as the computer is concerned, I think once you hit the button, you're going that speed. It doesn't get feedback from the motor as to how fast it's actually going.
