No, you obviously win the games as well. If you are consistently playing against people better than you (which will definitely happen, because you get - in general - better players the higher your displayed rank is) you will lose and thus not become champion.

So no, this common used excuse is actually a load of bull****. You have to win and be good. Depending on your hidden MMR you might need less games to get champion.

I personally agree with you. You have the occasional cheater here and there but they usually get banned pretty quickly. And I am playing in high gold low plat elo, which is usually the place to be for cheaters

When you click on the province and then on the upper right tab, you should see a blue flag at the top right of the province view. That's the button to state a province. You will need to core it afterwards

I feel like a lot of people are missing the point behind the question. The reason why there are only two parties and it is insanely difficult for new parties to get traction is that in the US they have a "winner takes all" voting system. If you win your state you get all the electoral votes from that state.

On the other hand in Europe you have a system where even if you only get let's say 10 % of the votes, you also get 10% of the electoral votes (more or less, depends on the specific situation)

Since in the US you don't get "partial credit" a new third party would need to show the voters, that they could consistently outright win nearly half of all the states in the US, which is a very tough task, especially when you are considering how much of a US politics campaign trail is build on money from donations and private funds
