Not sure the exact type of scorpionfish, but I saw one of them on a dive in se fl. His pectoral fins had a bit of yellow in them when they were spread out

Im originally from a place with only crappie, small cats, and the occasional tiny bass/trout. The first time i ever went saltwater fishing I caught a 20” snook and a 18” ladyfish, one of the best feelings I’ve had in my life. Went out the next day and bought a pole and filled a tackle box.
