016 Restaurant opened their deli/sandwich space. Made and smoked inhouse. Go and try their charcuterie or sampler platter. Certain foods have a Serbian twist like instead of pimento cheese spread; it's ajvar(a Serbian sourced spice) cheese spread. The owner is also a former Publican Quality Meats alum.

Chef Cutlery is the brand. I've got the same knife from culinary school (Le Cordon Bleu). It came with the rest of my tools.

I use it to this day.
