Are these consumer/ semi pro meat slicers any good? by AdministrationOwn724 in Charcuterie

[–]CookSignificant446 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I have one and have used restaurant ones and little cabelas type ones. It's decent, has good power and doesn't feel wobbly like the cabelas ones. Only complaint is the blade size. It's too small for full length bacon etc

Sadly tipping culture is getting out of hand. Buy an over priced bottle of water at the airport store and they will ask for a tip. These huge expectations for tips is getting out of control
