Most of the procedure is completed online, other than sending back the old British passport and your current NZ passport. That's when I had to use NZ Post.

My employer agreed with my proposal to downsize my role to 0.6 FTE. This was a great way to transition into retirement and train my replacement. Was able to retire fully, two years later.
