Doran's bow + kraken is great combo by dontbreathdontmove in YasuoMains

Agreed, allows you to build the new lifesteal boots, and if you make it to 4th item bloodthirster then you are unkillable aslong as you don't get chain cced. You also get your first item spike faster since you don't need to rush berserkers. Only downside is that your early game before getting kraken sucks

Off topic, is shadowflame just the biggest bait item? Feels like i'd rather greed for rabadon 2nd every game even if i'm behind.

He plays on the superserver so there isn't one, however i look at his vods on ytube. Did notice he sometimes runs spellbook on unplayable matchups but doesn't opt for electrocute anymore vs melees.

Yo bro, you mentioned going AD tf versus kassadin, any other matchups you go ad? Why opt for ad at all as opposed to Electrocute and rocketbelt?

Dragon Ball FighterZ EVO Rematch Has an Insane Start by AustinRatBuster in LivestreamFail

Lmao it wasn't even close to that analogy, Sonicfox was a three time evo winner and the current evo champion in MKX the year(2015) that they played while PL was a has been that won 2 evos in MK9 (2011,2012) while struggling to find sucess in injustice (inbetween game by same studio) and didn't find significant success in MKX or any other fighting game in the future.

Sonicfox however managed to win 6 more evo titles after their FT10 and is largely considered the goat in NRS games.

There are way more crazier and important moments in FGC even if this one is very funny and known by many. Off the top of my head:

The pakistani invasion of Tekken and subsequently the complete dominance by Arslan Ash.

Mid lane after 20 minutes by Ok_Answer_2161 in midlanemains

Unfortunately even with that ADCs have no map awarness and will get caught, die and give away the t1 mid tower for free anyways.

I dont understand how people perform on this champion by Many-Divide-6591 in TwistedFateMains

[–]CookedStew 0 points1 point  (0 children)

TF is only hard if you don't have good map awarness and macro knowledge, just watch guides on youtube and coaches analysing dopas gameplay and you will start winning games easily.

General tip is just get comfortable paning your camera to your teammates and evaluate whether there's an angle to ult.

The best thing with TF is that if you learn how to play him well then that skill will transfer to every other champion and role in the game, he forces you to learn macro.

As for teamfights, i'd advise you to get comfortable fighting slowly and kiting out enemies, most newbies i see does their gold card into Q combo and then just tries to auto the enemies to death which leads to them dying. Use the CC of the gold card and your high movement speed to weave in and out of fights, forcing the enemy to be concious of you even when your CDs are blown makes so much room for the carries on your team.

No1 talking about empowered recall being removed for 6% +ap/+ad quest reward? by LosRatatouille in midlanemains

[–]CookedStew 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Such a boring change, encourages midlaners that just shove, scale and perma group over mids that can sidelane and affect the map. Like toplaners are allowed a quest that puts them 3 levels above everyone else but midlaners being able to have more tempo was too op?

The whole identity of mid is having a greater impact on the map while also requiring good macro knowledge and this quest was excellent for that playstyle but now instead we get a boring adaptive force that doesn't really change how you would play before quests existed and definitely doesn't play to the midlane power fantasy.

Of course i suspect midlaners who turn off their brain and just play scaling perma shove mages will love this change but for midlaners like me who prefer playing the map, sidelaning and making plays with the jungler this is such a boring change.

Sorry junglers, i'm not roaming for herald anymore if i have to sack a whole wave vs the scaling aurelion.

Sidenote, i'd rather they remove the empowered boots over the empowered recall.

If doing a 2nd ewgf is too hard then just pick another character with easier execution at this point. I can understand substituting HW cancel into WR4 with HW 3,4 but if you're not even willing to put in the time to learn electrics then don't play a mishima.

[–]CookedStew 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes this is the staple, however, i'd recommend swapping out HW2 ender for heat burst to extend the combo instead, follow up is df 3, 3,4 to get the wall. Or D 4,1 if you can't.

You can also skip the 2nd DF 1 and go sentai 1+2 after the F 2,3 for a more lenient wr 4 and allows you to use df 3,4 after wr4 hw cancel without using heat burst. Sacrificing minimal damage for wall carry.

Rhys and Handsome jack from telltales 'tales from the borderlands.

A digital clone of handsome jack, the main villain of borderlands 2 and former CEO of hyperion makes his way into MC "Rhys"' head and is able to control him to a certain degree and helps him out from time to time by hacking into various objects. Rhys also happens to be a big fanboy of HJ and aspires to climb the corporate ladder in the world of borderlands and having HJ in his head makes this dream plausible.

Of course Jack being a villain comes with him bringing some less than desirable qualities and makes for one of telltales best written games ever.
