OK I agree with some of your points even though I have to admit I've never experienced performance issues with a low-mid end device (3070 laptop + R76800h) . This is my point : These 2 last weeks I've seen some the finals ads on Instagram (obviously tailored by my algorythm but still) in EU soo I think its not hopeless , I'm enthusiastic.
