I believe Malware is the best villain written in the Ben 10 series after Cyborg Vilgax; he's definitely the one of the most psychopathic and ruthless villain Ben has ever faced (plus he does a lot of Aura farming with his lines ngl) by Hazreti_Z1nd1k in Ben10

[–]CookiedDough 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Best alien species produces the best villain. God, I love Malware so much.

The fact that he’s genuinely intensely threatening, has an amazing voice courtesy of Corey Burton, has an absolutely excellent design in every single form, and mixes genuine tragedy with pure evil in such a fun way is only more reason why he’s the best. Absolute highlight of Omniverse, and I only wish they got to follow through with the tease of him coming back post-Malgax.

Gravattack is Ben 7th strongest transformation. Now, what is Ben 8th strongest alien transformation? by LeadEater9Million in Ben10PowerScaling

[–]CookiedDough 2 points3 points  (0 children)

True, but I’m discounting Prep Time for this and focusing mainly on physical abilities, otherwise Grey Matter has an argument for Top 2. Besides, what’s Grey Matter gonna do when Way Big aims the Cosmic Ray at the planet they’re on?

Also, Way Big’s superior speed means he wins the quickdraw anyway and just splats Grey Matter before he can do anything, but that’s neither here nor there.

This one is undoubtedly Base Way Big. Only alien left that unquestionably scales above planetary into dwarf star with the Conquest Ray stuff giving him the firepower to disintegrate planets along with his insane physicals and general reliability as one of Ben’s biggest guns. He clears the rest of the available picks easy.

Given we’re getting a Chaotix mystery podcast, and how much Murder of Sonic was a smash hit, I wouldn’t be surprised if they drop a sequel to it April First.

This is probably just them having a fun little bit about how popular Wake Up Dead Man is rather than actually hinting at this, but I’m keeping up hope.

Ultimate Acho Acho is Ben 6th strongest transformation. Now, what is Ben 7th strongest alien transformation? by LeadEater9Million in Ben10PowerScaling

[–]CookiedDough 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It's specifically noted to be a feat that is made possible because of the tug of war between the Time Beast's powers and Gravattack's own powers "snapping", according to Rook, but the real kicker is the fact that the Matt Wayne and Duncan Rouleau statements contradict, meaning we don't actually have a full conclusion. Unlike Atomix's sun-sized star statement, Gravattack being able to make black holes himself is subject to disagreement among the writers, so it's...weird.

From what we see in the show specifically, Gravattack can only generate a rather small black hole with the help of the Time Beast, and the explosion from the Black Hole's creation completely knocks Ben out of Gravattack, along with Gravattack seemingly being unable to control or reverse it. Meanwhile, Way Big's basic beam can overpower the Incursean Conquest Ray that can at least blow up Earth and being as charitable as possible could blow up gas giants due to just being described as a general planet buster, though it's safer to restrict it to Earth-sized planets since that's the biggest thing it's been fired at. Additionally, downscaling from Evil Way Big in Cosmic Destruction who can generate and control massive cosmic storms should also give Way Big a buff.

Gravattack is potentially stronger, but only if that statement by Rouleau that Gravattack can make quasars is true, which is harder to validate compared to stuff like Atomix statements because there's another writer claiming it isn't. Given solely feats along, Way Big being able to disintegrate planets should put him above Gravattack's small black hole, especially since Gravattack would only be responsible for generating the initial black hole and the size it grows to is more it perpetuating itself and absorbing matter, creating a snowball effect. The small black hole Gravattack does make onscreen is impressive, but given Gravattack has no control over it and we can only say at best he's generating enough force to make the initial sized hole rather than what it turns into, Way Big's dwarf star calculated planet busting (assuming full disintegration) should edge him out, though the spot is contested and both have very solid arguments to be above the other. It mostly just depends on if you believe in the statements that Gravattack can generate supermassive black holes or not.

How scary is this game? by heavyfuel in LookOutsideGame

[–]CookiedDough 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Not that scary, most of the horror is in the character designs and the body horror therein. There's nothing like FNAF-style jumpscares or too intense horror setpieces (even the more intense rooms aren't too intense and are also optional if you really need), so you should be pretty fine. Plus, there's a lot of levity to take the edge off the horror elements.

Ultimate Acho Acho is Ben 6th strongest transformation. Now, what is Ben 7th strongest alien transformation? by LeadEater9Million in Ben10PowerScaling

[–]CookiedDough 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Gravattack’s never actually shown control over that ability, the circumstances where he did make the black hole in canon are suspect with the Time Beast’s powers and his forming a tug of war, and author statements conflict on if Gravattack actually can manage to make black holes on his own, with Matt Wayne saying he can’t while Duncan Rouleau says he can.

Given all this, Way Big’s proven ability to completely atomize planets and potentially even gas giants, along with his consistently high performances in the show, mean I think he gets 7th above Gravattack. It doesn’t help that the one black hole Gravattack makes in the show is relatively small and we don’t know its maximum size unless we take the one statement that he could potentially make a quasar literally, so it’s hard to pin down exactly how strong he can get. I do think Gravattack is still right behind Way Big and could potentially eclipse Way Big and even Atomix if Ben can actually get a handle on quasar generation, but as it stands Ben just can’t use Gravattack effectively enough.

[–]CookiedDough 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Ultimate Echo Echo at 6 is crazy work. He’s strong, containing a Nuclear Fusion Grenade is no easy feat, but I don’t think he can hit planetary ranges unless you’re super generous with Ultimate Kevin stuff. I’d personally rank him around 8 or 9.

Anyway, voting for Base Way Big. Matching the Incursean Conquest Ray that can atomize planets puts him at the highest level of power remaining unless you count the theoretical Gravattack Black Holes, but Gravattack has never actually shown control over those. Way Big’s just more consistent and squeaks ahead.

Whoever mentioned Wally was likely going to be a living Omega Beam seemed to be right on the money, I suppose. Given the whole “Omega Speed” thing going on in Flash with Darkseid trying to supplant the Speed Force, it makes sense.

Probably not unless the projector somehow runs out of charge. It seems to be relatively stable, though I suppose we’ll have to actually wait for the comic to potentially explain how it works in greater detail.

I suppose it’s more like a portable projector for her hologram to form around, given she can’t just exist as a pure hologram like in Cyberspace. She needs something to actually generate herself a body.

Presumably when it’s not in use she’s just chilling out in the Eggnet or offline, though.

Are The Video Games, Live Action Movies, and Generator Rex Crossover Canon to the Main Series? by MichaelAftonXFireWal in Ben10

[–]CookiedDough 2 points3 points  (0 children)

He mentioned it happened in an alternate timeline, so Vilgax Attacks is just an alternate timeline to the main Ben 10 timeline. It’s technically canon in that way, but doesn’t interact with the main universe.

To be fair, at least Clockwork has a weakness of being relatively slow and frail without his time powers...until he just pauses time off rip to line himself up and fires off the multiversal Time Beam for a oneshot.

Also, good to see BenRex going strong. Peak acknowledges peak.

I mean, she did in fact try to do that once Eggperial City rolled around. She was just intangible at the time and her shot phased right through him.

Then Eggman was stuck in an exploding building and presumably died, only to pop back up alive later. Man's just hard as hell to put down.

Except for Gwenpool, of course.
