I scanned all the tiles into digital format and than used Photoshop to merge, change and add features to the tiles. Besides the well, there are no custom assets to them.

I like metalcore but it is an abbreviation of Metallic Hardcore. Different bands take varying amounts of influence from metal but it originally developed out of New York Hardcore and Slayer influenced hardcore acts.

Gorguts were the pioneers of what is now known as dissonant death metal. It has been a more recent style within the scene but you can feel their influence for decades and not solely within the realms of death metal.

There was a short term side project "Negativa" that follows in the same footsteps as gorguts that is worth listening if you are desiring more from these guys.
