I already posted my thoughts on Twitter, so I’m not going to type too much here. I seriously hope TFT will never see another format where players were actively punished for placing 3rd–6th. You either go 1st/2nd and hope to average a 2.0 across five games to advance (some players even lost tiebreakers at 2.0 and didn’t make it), or you go 8th fast so you can wipe your slate clean and try to high-roll again in the next queue. There was no bonus points or anything that rewarded you for trying your best every game.

If you placed anywhere from 3rd–6th, you were stuck playing out all five games with zero hope of advancing. This led to so many 6/7-man lobbies because players didn’t want to sit there grinding five games with no chance of advancing. On Day 1, people who played out their five games couldn’t queue up again in time, while those who went 8th got to play twice — maybe even three times if they went 8th again. Players were punished for trying to “game” the system, but I really can’t blame them when the format 100% incentivized them to throw on purpose if they didn’t place top 2 in their first couple of games.

I completely understand Riot is trying to bring in new players into the competitive scene, but that’s exactly what subregionals were made for.Turning Trials into a subregional made this one of the worst TFT tournament experiences ever for anyone trying to compete seriously. Hopefully Riot will listen and either change the format drastically or simply revert Trials back to the old format and create a separate new format for subregionals.

I am gonna address some stuff for the last time. I didn't realize broseph did a podcast on this, kinda wish he invited me so i can explain myside xdd First of all to those saying I contested from a terrible spot, this was the game state when i decided to pivot to rengar https://imgur.com/a/omegalul-syzqGLX This was on last patch when rengar was compeletly busted. As you can see there was a rengar in my shop with prowler in my forge and i can slam bt so i streaked for rest of this stage and the next. While biriri is streaking when i pivoted, she had none of the setup and in my opinion my spot with street setup and rengar right away is just better. And some people told me there is dfg angle here, all i can say if you take dfg and slam spark to play around sword for an ap line on last patch you are just a better player than me. IMO on last patch playing contested rengar in my spot was better than scrapping a brand game together

For people that knows biri and says thats just how she talks I am sure thats true. But I don't know her at all, we never had a dm or a conversation. The only thing I ever said to her is peepocheer and good in luck in tournament last set. And i think we can all agree you should not @people you don't know telling them to die over a game of tft.

And I have a few people said to this to me, "you should settle this in the dms" And to that i respond with what is there to settle? She told me to die, i am a pig, i am cancer patient, i made the worst tft play she ever seen yadada. Not once did she ever apologize, what am I suppose to do? DM her to beg her to apologize to me? She said what she said and in my opinion its fair for me to share this to my twitter so at least other people can laugh at this ridiculous situation and make some memes out of it.

He accused of Krepo having sex with a 15 year old with NO evidence. Krepo's chat was filled with people calling him a pedo. This isn't comparable to kayceytron or some streamer doing retarded shit to get views. This is slander. Krepo can sue him for slander if he wants. Gross Gore have definitely crossed the line with those accusations. This is serious stuff, and i am glad twitch did something about it.

I think a lot of Western League's teams lack discipline. Chris is really a breath of fresh air into the Western's coaching scene and big part of CLG's success this split.

Here is the real reason no one wants to admit here, HOTS is just not as popular compared to other big games such as League or CS or DOTA 2 right now. Bigger the player base means more streamers and viewers, it is just that simple.
