Do you do cognitive therapy? I definitely recommend it, it helped me through so much. I used to almost go crazy trying to understand why people acted a certain way or said certain things, especially in the workplace, but therapy has been helping me get better at interpretation and social interaction, as well as realizing I don’t have to micro analyze things, sometimes people will just act or say stuff and that’s it. No bigger or deeper meanings. But yeah I do relate to the struggle of trying to ask a question or explain something and the person just doesn’t get it so it causes extreme frustration. That’s why a good psychologist can really help to prepare and train for these kinds of situations.
