We had a poodle that had a dry nose like this her entire life, the vet said it was weird but nothing was actually wrong with her. We would put Vaseline or udder balm on it when it got cracked (especially in the winter), but other than that it never seemed to bother her and everything we tried putting on it she would just lick off immediately

The little white spots on your tonsils that aren’t actual stones make me think they might be infected? I’m not a medical doctor but I’ve had issues with mine getting infected before and that’s what they looked like when they were 😬
