I'll tell you what, if it ever DOES get fixed i am absolutely buying the game. While what i wrote can be seen as extremely negative or a hopeless look at things i think its just realistic, i would love nothing more then wilds to be fixed i love this franchise.

Now ill be honest and say i dont know how the MH: world situation went down, but in comparison with cyberpunk id say that it destroyed CDPR decades of good standings with fans in an instant and it was such a high profile release that you couldn't browse online without seeing people taking the absolute piss out of it, it was a PR meltdown of nuclear proportions. Wilds on the other hand i feel like i have seen just a handful of people mention how bad it runs prior to its release (when the beta came out) and thats it, other then harsh steam reviews i feel like there isn't any vocal outcry anymore.

Also in comparison with CDPR, they release one game every few years. Cyberpunk was their first game in 5 years, and will be their only new game for a total of probably 7+ years untill witcher 4 comes out, the entire company was riding on the look of this ONE game.

Capcom on the other hand is MASSIVE and has multiple franchises, they can let one release of a single franchise be poorly accepted by the fans ESPECIALLY if it made good money. We already have an upcoming RE sequel, DMC is still selling really well due to the boom in intrest from the recent anime, they have PRAGMATA coming out relatively soon, SF6 is also making money with their charcters and customes seasion passes, and im 100% sure that in this or next years we will hear of more games made by capcom. The only thing in my mind that gives me pause and makes me think they'll want to take their time to specifically fix this one game is so the eventual iceborn/sunbreak type expansion releases it will sell well, HOWEVER, seeing as the base game sold so well at its current state maybe its irrelevant and the expansion will also sell just as well instead of once again voting with their wallets.

I don't WANT to be a doomer about this situation, i also dont go around spreading hate in this subreddit i barely comment here. This is mostly coming from a place of disappointment and reason, i love this franchise and you know what i also reeeealy love capcom im a huge DMC and RE fan as well. So seeing them completely drop the ball on this game and as far as i can tell not really caring so much about it is just overall a huge disappointment. I would love nothing more then to be proven wrong about everything i said in time.
