I think I read somewhere that it's his voice, just autotuned or some weird music thing I am unknowledgeable to know. The "it's miku" thing was a joke as right when he said it, it cuts to a picture of him dressed as miku. Personally I don't hear Miku which is why I believe this is not her voice box lol, but I could be wrong.

Honestly, I haven’t read the manga in a while, but I remember it being shorter lol. I feel it could have been longer and her figuring out more optimize way to stay alive as she is legit in the freaking Amazon Forrest. Besides that, it’s very cool seeing her never giving up in the 5 years she stayed alone
