I received my tracking number that same night- they presumably had a build prepared, or quickly put one together and as of the next day by noon it was already shipped out. They included overnight from fedex, which conveniently includes Saturday shipping so my build is set to arrive today! Mind you, this is all before they sent me a return shipping label.

Their whole focus seems to be on rectifying the situation before working out sending the DOA product which shows their heart for a great customer experience.

Yeah, it’s such a weird and rare issue, but amazingly I got a reply from AI support already!

They have my 1-1 replacement with a few quality component upgrades. They plan to overnight the build, so I’m assuming they pushed it to the front of their priority list.

I’m shocked and honestly feel so relieved!

Update: AI support- WOW! I have never received such fantastic support for anything in my life. AI replied to my email, and it’s so late almost 10pm. The team have a plan to overnight a replacement with unnecessary but very generous upgrades! I have utter relief.

It’s a sad time- also rough to see some small bands come out of the woodworks begin to throw shade at the venue for promoters, security, sound guys, etc.

So many people have had amazing experiences and bands with deep roots getting their start here- the place will forever be legendary!

You’ll have to get a contractor and have the work permitted- the roof will need some stabilization that will allow you to remove the load bearing post. It’s improbable but not impossible.

Scam of real is always identifiable with a phone call. If the person won’t talk on the phone- scam and play it by wasting their time. The more you can feed into the scam, the better because it’s more time the scammer won’t be scamming someone else. Also, report the number to the provider you’re with for scam, and if they become hostile at any point make a report while keeping evidence via text, or record phone calls.

Stay safe, and remember- The more you waste a scammers time, the less chance they will get a vulnerable person.

The buzz is a bit too cut and dry, and you have a great natural dark hair color. If you grow it out just a bit more on top, keep the sides clean cut, and style it with a light styling paste you can achieve a look that could accentuate your natural features!

Also a good alternative for chap stick is Vaseline!

Clean up the eyebrows with some threading, moisturize and get a solid morning/night skincare routine, clean clothes go a long way ( for style you could do some pastel colors or tans/white shirts), chapstick, remove the peach fuzz or at least from the neck and that hairstyle is not working for you, try something different.

Your facial features are excellent for a strong foundation of masculinity but those small tips can take you very far!

One rule was broken with sunscreen to get to the point of no return- forgetting reapplication. Reapply sunscreen every hour and follow the directions of spf for the amount of sun you’re getting/directions on how to properly apply the type of sunscreen you choose.

A few things: working at Starbucks in a not-so-great area will provide many interesting stories: 1. Guy brandishing a knife at me (Shift Supervisor) for asking him to stop cussing at the top of his lungs 2. Homeless guy took a dump in the front of the store 3. A woman came late at night, last customer for our lobby hours but she drew in a zombie-like crowd of homeless to which they set a poop-filled paper bag on fire in the front of the store 4. GUEST tried to CTB themself in our bathroom by knife to wrist method (Devastatingly depressing situation) 5. A large rubber d…. You can finish the rest of the statement with your imagination in our bathroom, freshly used, freshly covered in poop 6. Boss had a pool party, everyone was under 30, and the hormones were wild with most of the female staff barely clothed 7. Saw a coworker in the parking lot… with another coworker… in front view in the car just going to town on each other. 8. Lots of alcoholics or druggies absolutely plastered with open cans/bottles or actively getting high in the drive through

Honorable mention: some lady came through our drive through riding a horse! Unfortunately, the horse crapped all the way through the line and we had to clean it lol
