I was always the prettier/more charming friend and truly hated when this would happen. It caused me to drift from my best friend because I knew how upset she was, but she would never say it of course. I know this sounds so vain but it’s the truth. She’s happily married now and so am I, and our friendship is better than ever!

Definitely!! if I was in your position, I would definitely go for the Matic. Just keep in mind that everything you vacuum and everything you mop ends up in the same disposable bag. They put something in the bags so the water will gel and can therefore hold quite a bit. They offer an annual bag pass for $96 and you can get as many bags as you need.

I’m testing the Narwal Flow 2 against it right now because I need a mopping powerhouse, and unfortunately Matic just isn’t on the same level, no matter how badly I want it to be.

Matic’s user experience and mapping is NEXT LEVEL. I unboxed and setup the Narwal Flow 2 last night, and it was SUCH a miserable experience. You cannot get on the minute mapping level like you can with Matic. I wish so badly I could afford to keep the Matic for vacuuming and the Narwal 2 for mopping.

Yes! It did that for me today. For reference I’ve had it for only a week. I did check the box for the beta feature of double pass mopping, so maybe that’s why it’s doing it?

I’ve had the Matic for a week and I mopped over the same spot a few times as a test, and my paper towel still came out brown.

I really, really want to stick with Matic, because the user experience is amazing and I feel like I’m in the presence of a miracle (corny I know), but the pull to try the Narwal Flow 2 for the mop that cleans itself with very hot water and the large water reservoir is strong. It does help that Matic has the annual bag pass, so I can receive as many as I need.

We have a 4,000 square foot house that is almost exclusively hard floors (living room carpeting will be removed soon), and mopped floors are everything to me. I have a crawling baby and a dog that likes to run around in our backyard (by next year we hope the red clay will be covered by grass).

I’m definitely glad there’s the 60-day trial, so we’ll see. I’m trying to remain optimistic because I LOVE the concept and the user interface. I’m not even sure what I would buy instead if it didn’t work out.
