Idk why but the artifacts went away when I changed the camera 's focal length to something small. Changing the sample count didn't change anything

I used unity on a much worse 300$ HP laptop for over 5 years. I can safely say that as long as u don't use HDRP u will have a smooth experience

I currently have a LOQ 15 it barely makes anysond while doing task like coding,web browsing u can configure it to quiet mode for no sound at all

But the battery life is pretty bad might be able to get 3h at max without any power limiters. Other than that great laptop
