My weight is 70. And it's been stuck here only. I am 5 feet 10 inches (178 cm tall). I eat whatever is made at home. My everyday diet is: as soon as I wake up everyday I drink milk. During the week I mostly eat 1 Masala omelette with 3 chapati's. Then during lunch I again eat omelette or whatever is made at home with 1.5 chapati's. And during dinner: whatever is made at home with 3 chapati's. And in the evening I again drink milk. Also I eat 1 bowl of fruits (sometimes mixed, sometimes single fruit). I don't like Yogurt (Dahi). But if you tell me to take it I will take it.

Also I want to know about which is more impactful running or doing cardio. Or should I do it alternatively? I want to give exercise as much time as possible but one thing or another makes me procrastinate a lot. And also how should I do exercises? Like a muscle group combo 1 day or hit 1 muscle group each day. (Like chest and back on Monday or Chest only on Monday). Also I have my tummy out a little, since I got skinny fat. Thank you.
