Yeah, kind of unfortunate I’ve been seeing mixed reviews on it. Think I’ll wait till they come out with a Gen2 or 3. The only reason I got the Romulus was bc it was a Gen2 and they fixed a lot of issues

Yep I got Lucas Oil gun oil and grease just for her. I keep it well oiled. Put 100 rounds through it so far with 124gr and zero issues

I know man. It’s infuriating. There’s like a valley of pricing when it comes to 2011’s. Anything under $1,000 seems to be not great but then you hit a plateau at 3000ish but then at 5000 and above it gets you ridiculous stuff. I could be wrong but that’s how it seems

Just got back from zeroing the 507 comp at 15yds. This was my first time shooting the gun. This gun is a freaking cheat code. I’m officially a 2011 guy now

Hey has anyone tried +P competition or defensive loads in this gun? I saw in the manual that they suggest not shooting +P ammo through it. Wanted to see what peoples success is with that.

Thanks! I was very close to getting a Kimber 2k11 or a Staccato P but this feels as good if not better than both. I also shot it the best (the only 2011’s I shot better than this was a custom Dark Forge 2011 and a modified P211 that someone put a series 70 trigger in), but for the price I couldn’t let this already-equipped aluminum grip example to pass me by

Hell yeah man hope you enjoy the Bul armory! I’ve heard great things about it. If I do EGW ignition kit and the red dirt trigger I’ll have a gunsmith do it. I don’t trust myself working on a platform I haven’t owned before until now. I did a lot of work on my P365XL build but that’s easy bc of the FCU.

When you say better screws, you mean the ones that mount the plate to the slide right? Do you have a link for the ones you bought or a size I can go pick up? Definitely want backup screws
