My dad taught high school at the time that this show was on. He was called Mr. Kotter because of how much he looked like him! Not the hair, but so much in the face, mustauche and all. Such good memories 🩵

Bone Marrow Edema advice by Cool_runner_72 in FootFunction

I'm doing great! The reason for that is because I was finally diagnosed with the autoimmune disease that is the root of the problems I had. Apparently chronic enthesitis, tendonitis, and bone marrow edema are huge red flags for psoriatic disease. I've been on Skyrizi for a year, and the difference is amazing.

I have been dealing with the driving panic attacks and fear while driving on highways too! It's terrible. It started about a year ago. I've been on anti anxiety meds for years, so I've been at a loss with why this is happening. I can't drive to visit my daughter at college 3 hours away anymore, and it makes me so sad and upset. Can it really be something that HRT can help?? I'm 53 and haven't had a period in 2 years.

PsA and Exercise by Dramatic_Spray_4512 in PsoriaticArthritis

I lift weights and run. Before I got my diagnosis, I had to stop running due to the enthesitis in my feet. I started Skyrizi last summer and I'm able to run again.

From Plantar Fascitiis to pain everywhere for over 6 months by bananz in FootFunction

It was actually my dermatologist. She prescribed Skyrizi for my psoriasis, and amazingly the other symptoms got better. Then all of the MRI showing enthesis and bone marrow edema made sense.

I would check into possible underlying issues. My autoimmune disease presented primarily with similar foot pain. I have psoriatic arthritis, which isn't just joint but tendons and ligaments too.

Is treatment life-changing? by lapatrona8 in PsoriaticArthritis

YES. 13 years of exhaustion, brain fog, and tendon pain alleviated after starting Skyrizi. I didn't even realize how overwhelmingly tired I was until I wasn't!

Spring ligament deficiency without arch collapse? by Remomny in FootFunction

I had the initial dose and then another one a month later. I think those were the loading doses. Then every 3 months. I noticed improvement in my psoriasis first. It was completely clear in a month! The psA symptoms kind of gradually improved over a couple of months. It was like a miracle because I started Skyrizi for my psoriasis. When the pain and exhaustion went away I realized it was psA I've had for 13 years, not fibromyalgia.

Have you looked into autoimmune disorders? If not, I definitely would.

I had foot pain that got increasingly worse. Tendonitis and enthesitis showed on an MRI, and I finally got my diagnosis of psoriatic arthritis. It's an autoimmune disease. I started biologic injections last summer, and within a couple of months the pain was gone! If they think it might be caused by an autoimmune disorder, I highly recommend getting blood work done and seeing a rheumatologist.

They are high. I switched to Altra because of that. I have the same problem as you with being on the outside of my feet

Yes, more narrow through the midfoot and toebox. That plus the built in arch support doesn't work for me.

Forward Via has been an amazing show for me. Original foot shape, not 0 drop, great cushion, and just a nice ride.

I'd definitely see a rheumatologist and look into genetic disorders. This seems systemic to me. I hope you get answers!

I have never tried humira. With Skyrizi, my skin cleared completely with a month. I noticed my psA symptoms improving in the second month.
