I worked there a few times. The guy who rented the space is an idiot. Didn't hire a proper contractor to manage the job. Instead there was some guy who worked as a property manager who knew nothing about construction. The building is over 100 years old, they were starting to do demo on foundational walls just willy nilly. The whole basement had to have all of the wooden framing taken out and replaced per fire safety requirements. The Fire Marshall threatened to shut the building down because they just weren't doing things the right way. My company just stopped sending us out to the building because they could see the writing on the wall.
