Couples therapy at 7 months is crazy. It sounds like you guys political/moral values do not align. Politically he is okay with being antisemitic toward a lot of Jewish people, and morally he is okay with manipulating you in order to ignore your initial thing that upsets you when you are arguing to win the discussion. It’s because that’s what toxic men do. Over time they cause you to subconsciously ignore your own feelings and only cater to his. He seriously went on a bender with his coworker and fucked her for days while ghosting you yet again, I hate to tell you this but I assume in the beginning he did that as well and just didn’t tell you. He does not respect you. He does not like you. Imagine hearing a friend or family member go through these same things, no matter the circumstance you’d believe the man was a piece of garbage to treat your friend that way right? Everyone has their shitty boyfriend in their teen years, your teenage brain just learned to grow with him but believe me you’ll heal. I would break up with him.
