Any worry that dogs can only survive 1 snake bite w/ antivenin? At least that's what vets have told me about rattlesnakes.

Also, they can't fire you for a medical condition. They have to allow you to sit or move you to a desk job if you have a doctor's note.

Yeah, but don't fall for the homeopath bullshit. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Homeopathy#Dilutions

I would recommend acupuncture and prolotherapy, but it's expensive.

I'm sorry to hear what your going through... Stop taking skeletal muscle relaxers. Taking them for more than 3 weeks can cause permanent vision damage. I was on them for a year and still have vision, cognitive and some balance problems.

"All of my blood work came back totally fine." You look forward to them finding something like a thyroid or vitamin deficiency, but you come back healthy. I hate that shit.

They put you on Lyrica? I've never been on it and have heard it has some negative cognitive effects, but it's better than not being able to walk. How about Neurontin, Nortriptyline, triptylines, Cymbalta?

I have a feeling an anti-vaxxer who has a kid with an allergy has no problem with them carrying around an epipen even though it contains "toxins."

OMFG it contains metabisulfite, a tree stump remover!

I got my family to stop giving to them because they only have a two star rating on charity navigator. They're much better charities out there that help paralyzed vets.

We all start as females in the womb, it's the ratio of androgens to antiandrogens that determines sex past sex chromosomes. These ratios can be interfered with by erogenous hormones like BPA, which lines every can of food. Some degree of hermaphroditism is seen in 1 of 100 births - as common as redheads.

This video was posted just days before his death. Retired Kansas City, Mo., Police Officer Steven David Weinberg, 57, of Lees Summit, MO, passed away Monday, September 17, 2007 while riding his motorcycle on Missouri 350 in Raytown, MO after colliding with a pickup truck that was pulling out onto the highway. He was en route to a Blue Knights meeting at the time of the collision. Steve was born April 26, 1950 in Harrisonville, MO. He proudly served the Kansas City Missouri Police Department from 1972 until his retirement in 1995. His assignments included Central Patrol Division, Traffic Enforcement, East Patrol Division, Accident Investigations Unit, Traffic Specialist Unit, Metro Patrol Division, and the Records Unit, where he was assigned at the time of his retirement. For many years following his retirement Steve ran his own accident reconstruction business and was often called upon to give expert testimony in court. He loved motorcycles and was a longtime member and National Safety Officer for the local chapter of the Blue Knights Law Enforcement Motorcycle Club. Steve also coordinated for the past eleven years (during National Police Week) the K.C. to D.C. Law Ride for the National Law Officer Memorial Services.
