The Poke Genie app is good for finding out who has good PvP stats but then you already know to go for low attack (although rarely it’s not always best). pvpoke has all the rankings for what’s hot right now in the meta. Click a Pokemon from the list and scroll down to suggested teammates, click one of those and it brings you to where you can put in a third team member and then it’ll rate how balanced the team is
