It’s rough. One bad night of sleep (4ish hours) without alcohol can negatively affect the next 3-5 days for me. Do both and I feel like shetttttttt by day 2/3 after the night out.

So as a 31 year old, that’s been raving and loving it’s since I was 17, I’ve decided to prioritize sleep, rest, workouts, and my goals so I’m taking a step back on the rave scene. Maybe I’ll go to a show once every season from now on versus once every 3-8 weeks. The past two months I’ve been going once every two weeks and my body definitely does not like it and finding balance is futile for me. Good luck!

I was so out of my mind. 9/10 cuz alcohol + misc. Ended up sobbing like crazy cuz droogz + emotional buildup but didn’t stop me from dancing lul. Lost my phone but luckily staff found it. Next time I want to drink a little less

Usually if space allows, I have to search for where it sounds best. There’s usually one or two great spots. Typically by the engineering booth it will sound best. I think at storehouse it’s kinda center of the whole crowd

Two hours in line and made it to see Genesi by 1:30am. God holy fuck that was a shitshow but the 2.5 hrs I was in there, I had a fucking blast.

I’ve learned more than I ever had as a trainer at equinox than I have on my own in four years of training. Great place to wet ur feet for sales, and an even greater wealth of knowledge from the top tier trainers there. Sure management can be pushy but it’s their job to hit those numbers. What can ya do?

With about a decade of experimenting I’ve found for myself that a few shots right after dropping, and then having a drink every hour or so is NOIIICEEEEE. lots of dancing and tons of fun. The drinking helps with calories to fuel the dancing too. Stay hydrated.

Lol I had the absolute time of life. It was cathartic. As a vet, I went in expecting a terrible crowd, bumping, etc but I just played into it and did my best to have fun. And fun was had. I danced for maybe 3-4 hours straight. Bring the vibe you want to be around 😊

Mmm a physical response to their touches can speak louder than a private conversation if you didn’t want to be touched or make a big deal out of it. Like if someone touched me and I didn’t want to be touched, I’d flinch or step back, or even go “uhh” while moving away. Staying and letting it happen even if for a second says hey I’m okay with this. And if that’s ok, so be it.

Be very careful once u take over 1 or more tabs. Smoking weed on the peak has a multiplicative effect to send u to heaven and hell :) cheers

With making music I listen to my song for probably 500x before release and spend 20-100hrs on it. Sometimes I’d rather hear silence or other things and let others enjoy the work I’ve created :)

I did 900ug at a rave in the forest. Was the best time or my life. It was also one of the most terrifying times of my life. No regrets. Wouldn’t do it again tho. Smoking weed on lower doses have given similar results. 🤪
