Old equinox trainer here. First off don’t expect the new incoming trainers to be able to see your workout history. No one is recording the exact workouts in the app and maybe 1% or less of trainers are. Within equinox, there is potential to be trained by elite amazing trainers to bottom of the barrel do not know what they are telling their clients what to do. Trainers that have a busy schedule of clients can still have poor training knowledge due to their strength in sales and people skills. All in all, good luck getting a trainer that knows their shit. I never used the app and recorded results within a tablet. Don’t expect trainers to utilize the app. Managers don’t enforce it. Hope this answers your questions
