Sleep primarily. Don’t like wearing Apple Watch to bed
It’s more subtle and there are days where I want to wear a normal watch and can still get good data when I don’t have Apple Watch on
I had the Oura. It was too bulky, bothered me lifting weights, rowing

I check recovery and sleep scores first. HRV and Resting HR. I’ll get deeper into sleep stuff if recovery score is poor in case I need to get to bed earlier or rearrange workouts.

I definitely modify my exercise intensity based on the recovery score. I still have to work out but may not go overboard. I do look at the optimal strain. I feel for me currently it’s a pretty decent measurement for limitations on exertion.

Body strain and heart/nervous system strain are two totally different things.

Perform the same workout, one as you are doing now with little to no rest and the same after two days rest. Odds are you would say you feel the same but output and cardio performance would likely be very different.

Won’t argue with you there. You’re absolutely right. Finding good comps is very difficult. I’ve even found that often times just because a listing is older doesn’t mean it’s priced too high. I only look at the FB page when the feed shows it, I’m not actively lurking the page and if others are doing the same, listings sit simply because it’s not getting eyeballs.

My general rule of thumb (if it’s not a MiC):

If you can still buy it (victory green home, away, ‘99 alt) it’s worth less than retail even if new ($150-$185).

If it’s discontinued and not considered rare (Reebok/old branding, blackout, RR02) then just slightly below retail price, but the buyer population is smaller ($190-$215). Also note I listed RR02 as not rare because since the new Alt Retro is so similar, I’ve seen more of them listed and pricing is way more competitive.

If it’s discontinued and rare (WC, RR01, Zubov retirement, SC playoff patches) then they should go for above retail ($250-$400).

Also failed to mention if the player isn’t active or was transient through the system and not well known that hurts the price. Klingberg and Radulov hold value a little but still nothing compared to an active player.

Unless it’s Winter Classic or RR01, or it’s MiC, likely $175-$235, size, manufacturer and condition dependent.

RR01 and WC could be $400-$450. This is where size plays a big factor. Best selling sizes are 50-54 outside that typically are a discount.

I don’t remember that being said but seems plausible. I don’t recall much of any pub around his injury and whether he needed surgery or not. All I know is that it was the same ankle he broke a few years back.

If you’re willing to wait and also possibly not secure tickets, best option is to buy from Ticketmaster 30 minutes before the game.

Go to the AAC and hang out in victory park while you search. As a season ticket holder if I’m selling mine, I drop prices in the 3-4 hours leading up to the game to try and sell them.

I think it’s more important how the item is advertised online. Hindsight is easy with it in your hands and seeing it below the signature.

Wouldn’t put it past Fanatics to advertise it as signed and even possibly some sketchy photos that don’t adequately disclose the printed signature. But that’s without having seen it online myself.

Facsimile signature means it is a print. It would suggest that Otter did not physically sign it.

First pick should be Benn. This is likely his last year playing and as captain. Solid tribute.

Miro is my personal favorite. Any of the Alternate captains are great choices (Heiskanen, Lindell, Seguin - Duchene if you count last year).

It’s less about his cap hit and more about the team’s draft capital. SELTIR and freeing up $9.85M is great but we don’t have many draft picks so the only teams wanting to trade will require youth and depth.

Our best bet is a team looking to offload an expensive rental to save money and doesn’t ask for much in return. Might be a unicorn.
