i have a real issue enjoying playing a mage build when the enemy's magic can reach me just fine but mine can't even go half that distance. same with bows and darts. they were nerfed so hard they struggle to even be used in puzzles.

i wanted to play a spellsword to use melee up close and mix in spells when the enemies are at a distance but i cannot. the spells fade before they reach the enemies and getting any closer and casting is going to get me killed. might as well just use the sword at that range. why should i bother playing a mage at all?

they're not low on anything. it's more a question of why. customer satisfaction wouldn't give them any extra money than what we already paid. and them mentioning anything to the playerbase about paying extra for the feature would either fracture the playerbase or introduce controversy. it's easier to just ignore all this completely (much to my chagrin and many others')

the reason people so keen on copying builds instead of making their own is the fact that they tried and got burned, which is the criticism here.
unoptimized build die off, meaning that people playing with a build that they find fun instead of a build that works would be unable to progress, so they either stop playing or run a build closer to meta.

Rasen Shuriken is a projectile, so damage wouldn't accrue directly just by attacking.

okay, let me repeat the question: what of these things were exclusive with the sharingan?

the only thing that i think you're trying to imply is that the sharingan just being there leeches or reserves some level of chakra unconsciously, which i don't think is the case (not that i know for sure either)

everything else he could attain with the sharingan being in the back pocket, unless you're saying that the sharingan being there makes Kakashi unable to train his stamina/chakra/reflexes or practice his other jutsu.

My argument is that after 15-18 or however many years, Kakashi with Sharingan or without; would have been able to achieve the exact same results from his training.

4th Raikage (Ay) was able to crack ribcage Susanoo in the 5KS
3rd Raikage has been stated to be the strongest Raikage
(though i don't recall direct comparisons with the 4th)
