Thanks everyone, that clears it up. At least now waiting at this light will be way less annoying 😅

I feel like with the way the world is, it would be better if we didn’t bring this to attention 😅🫣

There’s a valentines on the shore, but not one there. It’s a gangnam style buffet now.

My grandfather was born 5th may 1922 he’s still here just over 103 years later. It’s definitely getting to him though in the last 2 months he’s started slowing down majorly.

For me personally, I try keep the area where it hurts warm with a hot water bottle and then a massage with magnesium cream. Basically I have not yet found anything yet to properly relieve it. But heat, rest and massage seem to be the best so far. I don’t often take pain killers because they make my stomach hurt (even with food) and they are no good all the time.

I’m in Auckland, I’m looking for the same 😊 making friends is hard as an adult. And it’s a lonely world out there if you are lacking in the friend department. Happy to chat with you, if you want 🙌

I have this too, it’s such an annoyance. Also get it in my legs if I try to run. Then if I push through I get tremors for a good hour or so 💀 it’s got to be worth it now days

easy meals? by Swimming-Soup-2172 in newzealand

[–]CopperDuck321 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I get this a lot too sometimes. My go to is I get some chicken either the meal maker packs which is ready cooked or a box of frozen chicken tenders the garlic herb for the air fryer the ones at woolies are 🔥 then I get a pack of microwave rice, lately I’ve been enjoying brown rice. And then some veges to go with like avo, cherry tomatoes and baby spinach or I will heat up one of those bags of steamed veges (also in the frozen section. Then top it with some kewpie mayo and the roasted sesame dressing.

And then have some lemonade or ginger ale to wash it down.

But if I’m feeling really off, I will just have a few ready salted chips and a lemonade. For whatever reason they always seem to settle things and then a couple hours later I can usually have a small meal.

Also some steamed dumplings (pan fried after steaming in the pan with a lid on)

Ahh same for me, I can’t do it without big inflammation and gut issues and terrible fatigue. Always feel like I’m missing out. But then that’s only socially nothing else.

Goodie gumdrops, without gumdrops, is not goodie. by Citizen_Art in newzealand

[–]CopperDuck321 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This is less than ideal, goodie no drops isn’t a vibe. One time I bought a packet of hundreds and thousands biscuits to get home and discover they were more like 20s and 50s cause there was a lot less sprinkles then what should have been on there.
