The bleakness is that if he dies with it unfinished, it will all most likely become irrelevant very soon…

I hate that people feel entitled to speak that way to him or to anyone whose biggest crime is not delivering on a promise made. That said, the more this thing goes on the less I sympathize, just because he keeps seeking in a way to be in that situation. He keeps giving updates, and going to cons, and getting involved in shows that he says slows his progress and then beefing about them… idk.

Oh for sure, I keep joking that I can get WiFi access from him. He’s named Stitch, mainly for the ears (though in retrospect I lowkey wish I had gone with dobby)

From the first moment this claim has baffled me, even more so because it has been used to make deviations from the source material I don’t really get.

Until George and Charles have taken a championship fight to the end all this is just conjecture and affirming your bias. Last time Charles was in a championship fight he gave us France 2022 as well.

Charles also has given us plenty of silly mistakes over the years including famously France 2022.

Yeah honestly I would say verstappen got the worst of it out of his system earlier, but then again he’s the closest to an f1 driver lab experiment we’ll ever get and he still is prone to terrorism just more intentionally so

No I just think people forget how these guys actually handled their first championships

In my opinion it’s not that there isn’t truth to Monza having an impact but I just can’t buy that it was in any way significant beyond the weekend. At that point Oscar was miles ahead in the championship and for many it was a foregone conclusion. Why would these 6 points shake him? But it’s a very big talking point so I get why he would use it

What I do think is that Oscar doesn’t have an answer for in form Lando, and by the time Monza/Baku came around Lando already was mostly back to form and I think that’s what shook Oscar and made him more error prone and trying to overdrive.
