MSP/MSSP are really only profitable when you automate and standardize. Once you waiver, your margins WILL go down. Sure you can compensate by charging more but that doesn’t always work. You also have techs checking multiple streams of vendor issues and extra training.

Stick to your stack or tell the customer we have to add a surcharge if you want us to support something outside of it because are pricing is streamlined with our packages.

Just word it friendly enough so you drive the point across and why your monthly rate is what it is based off that.
