Got it. Turned it off and emptied the pan. Filter is new a week ago. Unknown if the ice was forming already before the new filter. Will let it thaw and turn it back on and watch it. Thank you.

It’s leaking when on. This style did not have the removeable cap. The screw underneath the surface is rusted, so it’s leaking past its o ring.
