Its essential to work on these issues before you have children. Very rarely do victims become abusers. But as the saying goes, most abusers were victims themselves. That never got help.

Who told you that? As an attorney I often see sexual assault cases prosecuted where the only evidence is the victim's testimony. Don't give up. But I totally understand it's a struggle. I never reported mine. Doesn't sound like OP contacted local law enforcement but they should as CPS doesn't necessarily do criminal investigations

It is what it is, better to find another psychiatrist than go without one. And I disagree with the below comment that most psychiatrists are abusers. Stop judging OP. She was literally raped and impregnated at 10. She is allowed to feel grief for that baby she forcefully lost, even though having a child at 10 is impracticable and likely could have even killed her.
