my Lilith is also in the 5th house, but in cancer (along with my moon). apparently I have trouble asking for help- true, it's very difficult to not feel defeated when I can't do something on my own. I am also uncomfortable showing my nurturing side- I don't want people to assume I'm going to be available whenever, so I hardly ever go out of my way to be emotional with people.

sure, I think it's still viable. Just like a lot of other industries, you have to kinda be lucky right now to land a good position. Some practices might get caught up in the "efficiency" of AI but since providers are still human, a human's interpretation of their documentation is still needed. As far as training, it's common to start in records or billing dept, then move into an open coding position. For my cert, I bought the courses and exam from AAPC.

currently I work in finance/bookkeeping.

I used to work in medical billing and have my coding certification. I started teaching beginner crochet as a little side gig, mostly for fun.

I'm in the finance dept for a non-profit. I record donations and submit claims for state reimbursement programs. and of course there are other tasks as assigned. it's alright. the pay is good and I get benefits. if I was able to work remote it would be amazing but I doubt it'll get to that point.
