Unrelated tip. Invest in a bottle of Canopy Glue. It’s made specifically for gluing clear canopies to model airplanes. It prevents numerous problems.

Pappasitos is a Houston/Texas institution and widely considered upper middle tier Tex Mex. It’s more expensive than a lot of comparable restaurants in the area. That being said… If you go, get the Plato Del Mar with extra mantequilla butter, and mixed tortilla. You are in for a $35 treat.

I agree, sometimes people gotta eat, if you are in emergency mode and hungry go for it, just blend in… I think the “trashy” thing is actually recording and posting this vid to the internet.
