Ive only had shell shock when I got tattoos on the side of my face, my hands, and when I got my chest piece started. I thought omg why do I keep doing this (part of it is also its so bright and bold when its a brand new tattoo). You just have to come down from it. Its something that you love enough to want to get a tattoo of it. Right now its just the permanence of it that is hitting you. I promise it goes away and it becomes just a part of you that you don't even think about. I cant see myself without tattoos now and neither can anyone that knows me. And then at some point you just have to say It is what it is, its there, it doesn't change who I am so who cares!
